A need for speed

I’m using a technological HSPDA which is High Speed Downlink Packet Access. It’s basically 3G on steroids (= anabolisants) but 3 or 4 times faster than in 3G. It’s being rolled out (released) but in Korea it’s more pretty comprhensivly(plutôt exhaustif) and more quickly than in most places on the world.
